On-call
Running an on-call rotation is a systems problem, not a heroism problem. Notes on what to automate, what to document, what to drop, and when to push back.
Half of on-call is the system; half of on-call is how the team talks about the system. Both halves have to be healthy. The posts under this hub are the things I wish I’d written down the first five years.
